NATIONAL BASKETBALL PLAYERS ASSOCIATION PARTNERS WITH LEADERS PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE TO HOST THE 2024 NBPA PERFORMANCE SUMMIT @ THE SANCTUARY

Registration for the second-annual event in Andalucìa, Spain now open

NEW YORK (April 9, 2024) — The National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) today announced its partnership with the Leaders Performance Institute to support in delivering the second edition of the NBPA Performance Summit @ The Sanctuary, scheduled to take place July 23-25, 2024.

Registration for the event, hosted at the world-class Higueron Hotel Málaga, Curio Collection by Hilton, is now open. The Summit will bring more than 100 of the most renowned experts, athletes and change-makers within sports technology to Andalucìa, Spain to tackle the industry’s most pertinent topics.

“We are thrilled to return for the second-annual NBPA Performance Summit @ The Sanctuary, this year with the support of our partners at Leaders Performance Institute,” said Matteo Zuretti, Chief International Relations and Marketing Officer at the NBPA. “We look forward to convening at our unique performance retreat with some of our NBPA members and global leaders in the high performance and med tech space. We will examine topics and territories that will help athletes across many sports, and at all levels of play, perform at their best both on and off the court.”

The Summit will explore the latest developments and advantages in sports performance and tech, giving attendees the opportunity to participate in expert-led workshops, attend interactive demonstrations, and engage in thought-provoking discussions with fellow thought leaders and athletes.

The Leaders Performance Institute will support the NBPA in hosting the event by curating the on-stage content and overseeing the event experience for attendees. In addition, it will tap into its extensive network to engage a hand-picked selection of senior leaders from across the world of global sport.
