NBPA ANNOUNCES LIVESTREAM OF THE 2021 TOP 100 CAMP SEMI-FINAL AND CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES

Games will be livestreamed on Friday, July 30 starting at 11:40am ET on the TOP 100 Camp website

 

NEW YORK, NY, July 30, 2021 - The National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) announced today that this year’s TOP 100 High School Basketball Camp (TOP 100) semi-finals and championship games will be livestreamed for the first time in camp history. Live from ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida on Friday, July 30 starting at 11:40am ET, viewers can watch on the TOP 100 Campwebsite as current and former NBA players Terence Davis, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Justin James, Ty Jerome, John Lucas III, and Mike Muscala coach their teams to the top. In addition, the TOP 100 Camp awards ceremony will be streamed following the conclusion of the games and will celebrate camp participants’ on and off the court.

The semi-final games will tip-off at 11:40am ET and will be livestreamed simultaneously on the TOP 100 Camp website. The championship game will follow at 3:30pm ET.

This year’s TOP 100 Camp that kicked off earlier this week, features 60 of the top high school basketball players from around the country – see here for the full roster.

Since its inception in 1994, TOP 100 has helped more than 400 players successfully transition into the National Basketball Association (NBA). With comprehensive on-and off-the-court programming, TOP 100 emphasizes character, education and, skill development as the core principles necessary to maximize a player’s potential. In addition, over 250 NBA and NCAA scouts, coaches, and team personnel attended this sanctioned event.

“TOP 100 has continued to evolve over the years and we are thrilled to add the livestream component this year to share the incredible level of competition that takes place here among some of the most talented young basketball players in the country,” said Purvis Short, Chief of Player Programs at the NBPA.
