NBPA Announces the 2022 TOP 100 Elite High School Basketball Camp

The 2022 TOP 100 Camp is set to take place at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando, Florida from June 26 to July 2


NEW YORK, NY, June 3, 2022 - The National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) announced today that the TOP 100 Elite High School Basketball Camp (TOP 100) will take place from June 26 to July 2 at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida. Featuring 100 of the best high school players from around the country, the TOP 100 Camp provides comprehensive on and off-the-court programming that emphasizes character, education, and skill development as the core principles necessary to maximize a player’s potential.

For more than 25 years, TOP 100 has helped over 500 players successfully transition into the National Basketball Association (NBA). Since its inception in 1994, TOP 100 has been led by current and former NBA players looking to prepare the next generation for all aspects of life on and off the court as they move to the next stage of their basketball careers.

Designed to help players improve individually and as team players, TOP 100 on-court activities include pro combine drills, passing, shooting, dribbling exercises, and team scrimmages in a tournament-style format. Off the court, players also participate in interactive educational sessions led by industry experts and current and former NBA players. These sessions are designed to give players a 360-view of life as a professional athlete and focus on mental health & wellness, financial literacy, NIL education, and more.

  • 26 TOP 100 alumni were selected in the most recent 2021 NBA Draft

  • 10+ TOP 100 alumni were selected as 2022 NBA All-Stars

  • 500+ TOP 100 alumni have transitioned to careers in the NBA

  • 18th Year of the Coaching Program - The Coaching Program at TOP 100 gives current and former NBA players interested in coaching an opportunity to gain hands-on experience mentoring and coaching some of the world's best high school basketball players. In this program, participants learn coaching principles from experienced professionals who provide guidance and advice for a career in coaching.

  • 19th Year of the Parent Program - The first of its kind among any elite camp, the Parent Program was added to TOP 100 in 2003 as a means for parents and guardians to learn how they can better support the transition through the different stages of a basketball career. Parents can participate in educational seminars, Q&A sessions, panel discussions, and more in this program.

  • 3rd Year Hosting Scouts - This marks the 3rd year that TOP 100 will host NCAA scouting personnel, and TOP 100 is also open to NBA scouting personnel who wish to observe the camp.

This will be the 2nd year the TOP 100 Camp will occur at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort after a successful campaign in 2021.
