NBPA Debuts The Post Up
A one-day, invite-only, interactive experience, The Post Up will bring together athletes, celebrities, and brands in celebration of the players' off-court passions
NEW YORK, NY, June 29, 2022 – The National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) announced today that it will host The Post Up, a one-day, invite-only, interactive experience at On The Record at Park MGM in Las Vegas, NV on July 10, 2022. A first-of-its-kind experience created by the NBPA and its innovation engine, THINK450, The Post Up is designed to celebrate the players' off-court passions and bring together athletes, celebrities, and brands all in one place.
The Post Up will also feature a special live recording of a new podcast hosted by Matt Barnes, a former player and co-host of the All the Smoke podcast. With special guests stopping by throughout the day, this live podcast recording will showcase untold player stories, highlight player passion projects, and celebrate the players' accomplishments as leaders and entrepreneurs.
This live podcast will be complemented by interactive experiences powered by theCut, NBA® 2K, MTN DEW®, Mitchell & Ness, and more. Inspired by the career of an NBPA member, invited attendees will have an opportunity to experience specialty cocktails crafted by D’USSE’s global brand ambassador and receive custom bottle engravings. Exclusive, event-specific merchandise designed by former player Lazar Hayward and the Nobel Brand will also be gifted to invited guests.
