NEW YORK, Jan 20, 2023 – The National Basketball Association (NBA) and National Basketball Players Association today jointly announced that The Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry and the Los Angeles Lakers secured the top spots on the NBA’s Most Popular Jersey and Team Merchandise lists, respectively.  Results are based on NBAStore.com sales for the first half of the 2022-23 regular season.

Additional highlights include the following:

• The Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry (No. 1) regains the top spot on the jersey ranking list for the first time since the 2017-18 NBA season.
• Ja Morant (No. 6) earns his highest ranking yet on the most popular jersey list.
• The Boston Celtics (No. 3) and The Milwaukee Bucks (No. 4) both jumped three spots on the team merchandise rankings list since the end of the last NBA regular season.
